It was very easy to find the collar replacement for our Whistle GPS tracker and complete the order. We ordered the snap on and collar loop versions thinking that the snap on version may not be lost in the future. We love this GPS.

I like the service a lot. Just one note... when owner or person who share the access changes the phone whistle gets disconnected to WiFi and whatever activity was done during that period is gone. God forbidden a dog get lose.

I would give Whistle five starts when it works, but the app (or device) is glitchy. It often tells me my cat is many miles away, sending me into a panic that he's been catnapped, before correcting itself.

Pros: - GPS works well and accurate enough. - Good customer service (by e-mail) - Very good interface. App on iPhone works well and well designed. Can customize "safe area" (area within which GPS uses wifi instead cellular, thus drawing less battery power) - Cons: -Refresh rate, especially when your dog takes off and you are chasing after him/her could be faster - Battery life on the GPS I bought in June was 4 days...too low. Since then I upgraded (for $30 more) to a Whistle Explore GPS that claims to last about 20 days on a charge... will see. - New Whistle collar attachment is different than the one on the original Whistle GPS rendering the $30 Whistle collar pretty useless.

I gave 4 stars as the color I wanted evidently was out of stock, but that wasn't said in the ordering que. It should have said out of stock and when it might be back in stock so I could have chosen to either wait to order or did what I had to do and that was to order a color that wasn't my first choice. However, I am hopeful that this tracker will always let me know that my standard poodle is safely inside the fence regardless of its color.

Love the whistles but with two labs the tracker falls off with some effort of dogs playing .They wrestle a lot but if you have a single dog your in luck! Get the whistle go with 20 days battery life and the others you charge twice a week . I have one whistle 3 left on other lab and going to update to whistle go so i dont have to charge twice a week

would be 5 stars on perfromance... one star less because of the attaching device. Am awaiting velcro straps that I just ordered in order to attach to a thicker collar. Am a little concerned about how the device snaps onto the collar holder. only one little itty bitty prong holds it in place... I have two big dogs and they play a lot and the devices already wobble back and forth in the clamping device. I am concerned I'm going to find one of them missing in the house somewhere, knocked under the couch and never find it.
