It works-but has some bugs. I have a bloodhound who manages to escape my yard whenever the opportunity arises and someone leaves the gate ajar. I need the Whistle tracker to help me find him before he gets hit by a car. Unfortunately the battery only lasts for two days so you have to be very diligent about charging the tracker very frequently. The worst part is the random, FALSE, messages that my dog is out of the yard, when he isn't. My heart jumps into panic mode when I get a text at night that he has escaped, only to find that he is sleeping on the same room as me. Could be better.

So far the product seems pretty good. There is quite a delay from when it goes from WiFi to GPS unless you change the settings but that requires you to realized your pet is gone. Then the battery gets drained very quickly. It's a little bulky (even for a 60lb. lab) but that's the cost to keep my dog safe. On the service side of things, I would only give Whistle 1 star. They have taken the human factor out of service and seem like they don't want to deal with live customers. The CS number is burred deep in their contact page and only open til 4pm for West Coast customers (kinda odd when they are based out here). I don't know if they are sending calls to India but CS rep had heavy and difficult to understand accent and was completely clueless. I know that CS reps just read of their computer but to set up a RMA (return of merchandise authorization) should not take 25 minutes. I was only changing the collar size. Anyhow, get your customer service act together and be more involved with you customers and you guys should grow exponentially. If your competition beats you to the punch you will be trying to play catch up and loose the customers you already have.

Need to improve tracking - often tracking not available for up to 10 min Need to decrease size - our dog is on the small side and is skinny. A smaller tracking device would be more suitable. Also more comfortable when she sleeps without a big clunky device under her neck. Battery quality - Runs out of battery too often. Improved locking mechanism- this is the third tracker I've replaced.

Description of products isn’t great. Just needed replacement bands/holder thing for my dogs Whistle because the one it came with has started to tear and it’s kinda hard to tell that’s what I just ordered. Even the picture doesn’t look like the bands that secure it on the collar.

It is not an easy way to do it. There is no easy options to just buy the whistle without the battery and the collar. No esy way to buy a replacement

GPS unit and hardware are great - mobile app (iOS) interface to add family members is is terrible. Unintuitive and frustrating at best.

i like it a lot so far but i am having one issue and that is getting it on my husbands phone

Fine on Chat but I still have yet to receive the instructions promised me that were supposed to come by the end of the day YESTERDAY.
