We had an issue with the clasp breaking which resulted in the whistle being lost. Customer service contacted us immediately and organized a replacement for us. Im updating my review to reflect their outstanding customer service.

We have been very happy whistle users. But, the Whistle device that went on our dog’s collar got damaged somehow so that it would not stay on the collar, which made it useless. We contacted Whistle about this and, after some understandable minor delays that are obviously related to the Covid virus, we got an extraordinarily good level of help and we are completely satisfied with the solution.

We love whistle so much we just ordered a second one for another dog!

It was very easy to order an upgraded Whistle for my dog.

So far so good. Purchase and onboarding were easy, the device seems to do what it's supposed to, battery life has been great, app is intuitive. No issues at this point.

I love love love your customer service care, the actual GPS services and the updates sent to my phone about my dogs updates on movement. I now have a 2nd Whistle on my new pup. I've had to reach out to the customer care folks 3x and all calls have gone very easy and problem solved every time. I would recommend Whistle to anyone who has worries about their animals during the day while at work, especially when you have a pet door and they're outside in a fenced in yard. I happen to have a Beagle that's a runner... I can track her whenever she manages to get lose. Plus Whistle always alerts me when she is outside her safe place.

We love our Whistle! The app is fun and the insight into a day in the life of my dog is very helpful.
