Love that it give you goals specific to your dogs age, weight and breed. Does a great job so far of knowing when he’s sleeping, low activity, playing and walking. I love that it has a light on it that you can control from the phone. The things that need to be improved is tracking the route taken when we go for dog walks, its good for getting a general idea of the blocks we walked but a little zig zaggy. Also said That the dog was home when he was still 3 blocks away. It’s def. a cool unit and seems accurate with how far he’s walked and his activity level and would defiantly help in an emergency. I’ve only had it one day so can’t speak on its battery life yet.

The unit showed up in a timely manner setup was not hard the one promise that I did not see afterwards was the extra month of service that has not been updated on my account. Unfortunately the new unit doesn't work any better than the old one

So far so good. Kinda bummed the colors take longer to ship.

The only thing I found confusing was if the collar attachment was included. Also would really like a discount for buying for more than one dog.

My only complaint in the years I've had Whistles is the battery life. I'm hoping the new ones I just ordered will be better.

Overall easy experience but I had an existing account and couldn’t find a way to log in to it and see my existing plan. So had to reach out to support.

Website looks and performance was fine.i think this product carries a lot of responsibility and the website theme/look doesn't portray that so well however. It looks very child like and doesn't make instantly trust the product for what it's supposed be,

I love the concept, but I have had many issues with our Whistle 3 which is now about two years old. I need GPS tracking for my dog, so I am going to order the new Whistle Go Explore and give it a shot. I am hoping for better connection, much longer battery life, and fewer issues with tracking. We will see how it goes.
