My whistle was destroyed by another dog. No refund. No discounted replacement. I haven’t had it for 90 days. I ordered a new one because of the summer discount but will continue to look at a competitive device for future replacement.

Have only owned a few days, but so far it appears that there is a significant lag time for the dog's location to be updated. If looking for your lost dog, it would be long gone from the last reported location. Also, I do not see a customer service phone number on the website or in the included instruction(maybe I'm just not looking in the right spot). I do like that it logs daily activity, but location services, in case of a runaway pet, were my primary reason for purchase.

Purchased two whistles Wednesday and have been on the phone with customer service every day since then. One has worked perfectly, the second we have had to reset, do some battery test with our router and last night took our dog on a walk and never got an alert that he was gone from the safe spot. Makes me very worried that we have spent all this money and will continue having issues or won’t get alerts if our dogs happen to get out.

Whistle failed to process a properly ordered product including extra charges for 'expedited' 2-day delivery. After a phone call and several email attempts to convince them that they cannot charge extra for 2-day deliveryof product received 8 days after ordered, they finally agreed. Refund of expedited delivery charge is pending receipt.
