Hi there. The trackers have changed alot since I bought mine through Tagg. I think a little more description of how they work and now you can have more than one safe zone would help. I think you are guessing that people will figure that out in the app. But since you now have competition I would up your game to keep them down. :-) I just bought one of your new trackers since Verizon soon will not be supporting the old Tagg. It worked great and many more years than I expected. Keep up the good work.

In regards to the accessories, collar and clips and stuff, I was a little confused.

would be nice to have a list of what's included before you put it in your cart. At least the list was there in the cart.

Had what I needed when no one else did.

I am reviewing website, not Whistle, as I just ordered. I thought the discount code from a friend would automatically attach to my order, but it didn’t. I almost missed that, and had to go back and get the number and put it in myself. Time waster. Rest worked easily. Minus 1 Star.

While I’m happy with the replacement sent. The process was very complex. Too many back and forth.

Easy to navigate and pay. Some of the descriptions could be better but overall a good shopping experience.

I have been using whistle for a couple of years . I’m mostly happy with it . However the tracker battery life was not very long and there have been a few times when my dog lost his Coller and I had a hard time tracking the exact location. I’m excited about the upgrade though which will fix all those issues
