Works fine before it doesn't
Works fine before it doesn't. Mine stopped working just after the warranty ran out and I had to order a new one. Seems it is a disposalable item after a year. Oh well.

Hello Rhonda, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Experience survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. I am so sorry you are having issues with the device and its battery life. I have taken a look into you account and the life of the battery is not bad compared to how much time the device spends off WiFi. However there is a simple test we can run to ensure the device is working to full capacity. To complete the battery test please do the following steps: 1. Charge device to 100% 2. Remove device from charger and place in the same room as the WiFi router but not directly beside 3. Leave it there for 12-24 hours and then email me back once this is complete. Once this is complete please let me know and I would be happy to take a look at the data on my end!

Found the items I wanted but couldn’t find the shopping cart. So frustrating. Eventually did manage but could have been much more user friendly.

Hello Dan, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear you had issues with battery life on your older Whistle. I did look over somethings on my end it it did appear your device was only communicating over cell towers and not WiFi. I did want to let you know, if your new Whistle devices aren't connected to a WiFi connection you will probably see the same battery life out of them. https://support.whistle.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007161534-How-Do-I-Activate-My-Whistle-3-Replacement- If you use this link and follow the steps to setup your new devices, you should get them connected to WiFi. If you have anymore questions, feel free to reply to this email to get through to me directly.

Strap for whistle broke a year and one week after purchase. And this was on a fairly inactive, senior dog.

Hello Joseph, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear that your strap broke. I did look into your order and noticed you bought the Twist and Go collar for a Whistle GO, you actually have the Whistle 3 so this collar will not fit with your device. That is unless you have a Whistle GO as well, but I see on your account you have a Whistle 3. I would be willing to help you out with a refund of the collar since it is the incorrect collar for your device. I would also be able to send you one of our newer plastic snap attachments for the Whistle 3, free of charge. You had the rubber one I believe before and they are known to get worn out, we replace those for free for any customer. Just reply back and let me know what you want to do!

I'm excited to try the product; I have something similar from a competitor, but its too big for my Doxie and the battery life of 2 days provides me no comfort when I am traveling. The site wasn't clear about the size of the newer collars and instructions on the data plan. BUT I found your Facebook site to be very prompt in answering my questions

Shopping easy however shipping way to expensive for such a small clip.

It does exactly what was advertised (i.e. track your pet, without real time updates). It updates every minute or so in a track your pet mode, but the accuracy is not very good at all -- there are times when it thinks my pet is half mile away, or more commonly few hundred yards away. It seems to be more accurate if my pet wasn't moving much. Personally, I have a Tile tracker on my pet, which seems to work more for close range, and since the Whistle is a GPS tracker with a fairly long update delay (>1 minute), it might be good for getting a rough estimate of where your pet is. But I would not expect this tracker to be accurate enough by itself to find your pet if it ever gets lost, especially if it's one that walks around.

Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear the accuracy of the Whistle hasn't been the greatest for you. It will give you a location and depending on the GPS fix it gets at the time, it could be very close to the pet or could be meters off like you stated. The GPS fix may be bad if you're in an area with bad AT&T coverage or if there are a lot of trees or foliage blocking the signal. If you have anymore questions about the Whistle, please feel free to reply to this email to get through to me directly.
