I wish there was the ability to sign into my account to order as I already have a subscription. The ordering process was very simple after that.

One of the original models that works great except for battery life of about 2 days. As I understand it, newer models have a much longer battery life which would now earn 5 stars.

The customer service is AWESOME. That should get 6 stars. However a shopper like me REALLY NEEDS that customer service. The devices have enough variation between models and enough complexity that I had about 12 questions to ask. I am hoping that the device which is shipping is exactly what I want. I might have a further read once it's in my hands and my little cat goes on safari in our neighboring ravines.

We have been a customer for many years and have always raved about TAGG/Whistle but the last 6 months or so have been a nightmare in terms of your customer service. Can't understand the reps. Wait on hold for 45 minutes+, the hold time is filled with scratchy music and hissing, Poor manners and attitude by some of the reps. I miss the days of the old reps when it was fun to call you guys. Not any more.

We purchased the Whistle for our dog when we moved into a house in the woods. It’s peace of mind to know if he ever got out we can locate him. The unit is simple to install and charge. (I wish it had more options to conserve the battery life) but we get about 5 days if we stay in the “safe zone.” The subscription for a year is reasonable.

I haven't received it yet. But I'd like to see a version for cats. If they all work on cats as well, it would be nice to see it modeled on one so people can see how big it would be for them. Cat people are just as crazy as dog people about protecting their pets haha. I go it for my cat anyway and I'm super excited for my cat to use it.

Too much focus on DOGS even though the device is cat compatible and that's what we were researching. We had to dig deeper to find cat images - esp. the SIZE on a cat.
