Not happy with the battery life.
Come to find out, they use Verizon x1 tech. It takes a couple of minutes, if not more to get the location of your pet. And if you don't live in an area with a strong signal, don't expect more than 12 hours of battery life if you don't update the location. I had an issue with my first tracker. It took them over two-three months for them to come to the same conclusion I did with having a bad battery. But still didn't do anything about the battery life in a bad location. After doing my research a bit more, there seems to be better options out there with replaceable batteries. Plus the base station is bulky. I don't like carrying it around when I go to another location.

Hi Christopher, I had one of our supervisors, Trizza, reach out to you after reading your review. It looks like she is now working with you and sending a new pet tracker as a result of failed troubleshooting.
