Both Taha and Paul were very helpful. Initially, the return communication from Whistle several weeks ago was horrible, no response to emails, etc. Today I called again and Taha and Paul were both very helpful and patient with me. I am not sure what happened to the on-line communication but I was very well taken care of today and am looking forward to receiving my second Whistle tracker for Fenway!

Whistle was a huge help when it comes to my 8 pounds pomeranian he loves to wonder off so many times we thought he ran off instead we check our whistle app shows he's at home we found him hiding under the couch he is such a great hider also there were times he walked out on his own thanks to whistle I was able to track where he was. I purchased this gps locator for our three yr. old bluetick coonhound dog,"Easton",my only son,lol.We have five acres that is not fully fenced,but has a in-ground wired shock electric fence ,that every once in a while,Easton decides to leave the property..My family and i use the whistle 3 to alert us and locate him and find it very useful and accurate to find him. This breed of dog has a lot of stamina and once he gets a smell of something he wants to chase,he can run for miles. I highly recommend this product,if you would like to have the piece of mind,of bring able to locate to your pet when lost or on the run,lol.
