I haven't received the product yet, but I loved the customer support. I was able to get all my questions answered via text on my time and at my leisure, as questions would arise. We recently lost our cat and we had 2 children plus myself crying at the thought of never finding him again. I just got off the phone with one of the best sales representatives I have ever experienced. His name is Divine. And he was divine!!! He answered all of my questions with great patience. He offered me a tremendous discount since I was purchasing two devices. He also offered me a free month's subscription per device. I will be contacting him to help me set up each device once they are received in the mail. Divine told me to contact him via his email and he would call me to help set up the devices. I was totally pleased with his customer service savvy!! I could not have asked for anything else!! Thank you!!

The support person was fast and accurate. Got me the link I needed in about a minute. Then I ordered. The info on the product itself was too spare, so I ordered two when one might have done. The ordering process was fine. I;m surprised I never got an email about the new snap on W3 things.

My dog lost its whistle 3 while we were on vacation. Talked with support, but they couldn't help me locate it. The battery had died before we got back and noticed it was gone. They were great and gave me a discount on a new one.
