Excellent customer service helping me get a replacement tracker after I lost the one on Bailey. Tracker helped me find Bailey once. She is a hound and will follow her nose.

I am impressed with this prompt replies by email. I have had a couple of experiences with Whistle. Both, impressive. One, my senior pup passed away from cancer and I was not up to cancelling Miss Martha's "Tagg" Whistle, older model. Customer Service was very supportive and compassionate, and did much of the disconnect for me. Secondly, her buddy still here, my deaf dog "Puppy," has the older model Whistle, and I am upgrading to Whistle 3. Customer Service has been extremely prompt and professional in the transition. I highly recommend Whistle. I have had no issues and have had them for a # of years.

Accurate tracking of pet when away from their home base. Gives this Greyhound owner (multiple dogs) great peace of mind that the hounds are trackable if they escape, will be rescued quickly.

I have a Treeing Walker Coonhound that is a runner. If it were not for Whistle 3 I think I would have lost my mind. Always know if she is on the lose and where to find her. Thank you Whistle 3
