Choice to change size of gps unit so won’t fit in upgraded collars goo financial choice but leaves bitter taste to loyal customers

I finally figured out how to order on the website. It is somewhat confusing in trying to activate the $20 off offer. After several tries finally figured you had to go to the top of the page to activate. Made my choice and then wanted a collar and that took several tries to get to the collar I wanted. I already have an account and no place to sign in to show I have a subscription. I think this took over an hour to order. All this aside I love Whistle and will continue to support. Customer service outstanding.

I have been with Whistle3 for about two years and had a Whistle 3 unit. I called into your office and was told it was probably losing proper configuration due to age and It was telling my service dog was out and about when he was at my feet at home. I was losing my trust in the unit. That is when I was offered a 20% discount on an upgrade and newer version of the Whistle. I said ok, but had wished a better discount as I was not new to Whistle, and thought the original unit should have lasted longer than it did. Just received the new unit and anxious to get that working and I can once again trust the system within the Whistle unit.

Has drastically improved the quality of my life and my relationship with my escape artist dog.

The pop-up survey asking where I heard about whistle was blocking my check-out page and asked me the same question multiple times-irritating!

Took me a bit to understand that signing up for the subscription would be a separate setup, that will be done once I receive and setup the unit. Initially I was looking for a link on the product page to click include specific subscription in the order.

The only thing that would have made my experience better would have been after I selected my device if it would take me to a page to also purchase the subscription plan. I'd prefer to get it all done at once and maybe you could offer an additional discount if you purchase the subscription at the same time. I'd rather not wait until I get my device/download the app. Otherwise the website was easy to navigate and very informative.
