As a previous satisfied Tagg owner (for several years) I am totally disappointed with the Whistle Go that I replaced it with. In a word it’s junk. The location of my dog has been inaccurate by half a mile or more which makes it totally worthless for locating. All the bells and whistles such as activity and other social media crap are not helpful at all for locating a lost dog. I’m done with Whistle.

customers are just dollar $igns to this company. I have gone through 5 devices in 9 months and when I reached out to customer service for the billionth time, I Was told I can go ahead and buy the newer model, though the one i bought 9 months ago was the newest at that time, and *maybe* it'll be better. no compensation for the hours ive spent trying to get these dang things to work effectively, the countless hours ive spent with customer service, the events ive had to leave because my whistle said my dog was running loose miles from home (when she was asleep on our couch), or the opposite when she is out with my children and I cant access them via tracking of live feed GPS? Instead I am asked to spend MORE money to "try again". Do better, Whistle, come on.

I received the pink tracker 1 no instructions 2. Down load app can not find the tracker 3 tried using the current whistler and And again can Not find tracker. Not Happy

I got the whistle with high hopes and looked forward to utilizing it with my puppy, Ruby while I was away at work during the week. Within the first week, my whistle had broken and luckily since they have the 30 day trial period, I was able to get a replacement. But not without searching the internet and contacting them multiple times via phone, online chat, and email.. after about two days I finally managed to reach someone and get things resolved. I then started noticing that the whistle was logging my drive time with her as activity. When I reached out to support they were not helpful in the slightest and brushed it off. Finally I came to the conclusion that I just needed to return it since it wasn’t quite what we were expecting. The gal I spoke to over the phone put me on hold five times and seemed extremely confused the whole time we were talking. My suggestion to whistle is that they need to train their people better, and communicate better! Their product isn’t cheap and shouldn’t be this fragile/buggy.

Asking to do a battery check just so you can verify that there is something wrong with the battery when you already know you will find something wrong with the battery is beyond incomprehensible. I don’t have time for this. Just provide a replacement already

Device is useless. It must be charged every other day and now is an inconvenience especially to a pet sitter. Ridiculous to take away the base station concept. STUPID MOVE!!!!! I do not trust the device to notify me when/if my dog gets out. Why was this not disclaimed up front? Bad design, bad idea, Bad, Bad, Bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WHISTLE ANY LONGER.

When I ordered this product online it gave me the option to have it shipped by USPS free of charge, or for an additional 15 dollars have it shipped by UPS. I choose to have it shipped by UPS because USPS will not deliver directly to my physical address (SC). I was excited to receive this product within 2 days. (because the prior week, my dog was missing for 24 hours) As I followed up on the product, it turned out that it was shipped by USPS instead of UPS. Not only did it take a day extra to arrive here, but it arrived at the local post office and they decided to ship it back to the carrier (out in CA). It has been 8 days since I have ordered this product and I am still waiting on my product. When I called customer service, I was told I will be getting a full refund of the product, including the shipping cost, but when I called back and spoke to a different colleague (Shahzabi), I was told that I will only get a free refund of the $15 shipping cost. I am very frustrated with their customer service and how this could of ever happened. I hope this company will make good on their promises.

Hello Liz, Your package did not ship for 3 days because you ordered it on a Friday, normally the package doesn't ship out until the next day, this is how most companies work. Because you ordered it on a Friday, the next day would be Monday, 3 days later.
