The folks at Whistle take the time to ensure you are satisfied and get what you want. I have used Whistle products for a year now and decided to upgrade based on technology, pet security, and great customer service. The site is easy to navigate and even easier to learn about the devices.

I like that the device is small as I have a 12 pound Dachshund and it fits on then back of her harness

I rescued a dog from Africa and brought him back with me to the states. He was my little escape artist, so I bought a Whistle in case he got out. He had no recall at all, so once he got out, it was very difficult to find him. One morning before the sun was up, he took off out the door and we lost him immediately. I turned on my tracker and could see where he was running back and forth. At first I couldn’t figure it out because my Whistle looked like he was running between yards in the neighborhood, but how could that be, he would have to be going through fences. Turns out there was a space between the houses with no fence! I never would have found him without his Whistle!

Very smooth transaction. getting a new collar attachment. I thought it was a nice touch for Whistle to include 3 attachments in the package rather than one. That way you end up with a couple extras on hand, for the next time your dog loses or breaks the attachment.

Easy to set up. Had service for a few years and have been very happy with it.
