Easy and quick. Which is all you can really ask for when it comes to online shopping. Although I also really appreciated the free 2-3 day shipping. I have a Whistle already for my own dog, really love the peace of mind that comes with it. Buying this as a gift for my sister and her new pup. Which leads me to my only call-out, very minor, but would have liked the option of including a gift message. Otherwise, good buying experience.
