It is a good product but the battery life is less than optimal. For example, if you cat decides to stay out overnight, the battery barely lasts... if it is more than 24 hours, you are back to square one of having no visibility. I am a bit disappointed as they advertise up to 10 days.

There should be a greater discount for repeat buyers

Have Whistle Go Explore so far so good. Better than the other Whistle. Still have a delay in real time once our puppies leave the zone.

So far, so good! I've only had the Whistle 3 days, so we haven't had time to leave the neighborhood yet. It's working so far!

I purchased an upgrade device today- smooth transaction except that it did not accept the discount code I had applied. However, online live chat were able to resolve the issue.

I love this device. It's been great to learn more about my senior dog. However, sometimes it can't update fast enough and my dog keeps wandering away without me knowing where she is. It's certainly better than nothing. I've actually ended up using it to track my dog's excercise more than I planned, which is great. Overall, it's worth the cost but hopefully the product will keep getting upgrades and get even better.
