Bring back the web interface I upgraded to Whistle 3 from an old Tagg device because it came off the collar and my dog chewed into the wings. It keep giving false locations so I bit the bullet, bought wi-fi (I prefer a wired connection) and updated to Whistle 3. Then I find out I can't access the app via the web. I am beyond extremely disappointed!!

Ordering was fairly easy, but from there the experience went badly. I ordered from Whistle, and received a confirmation email of the order in a timely manner. The e-mail said I would receive an email when it was shipped. Two days later I went to the Whist site to check the status of my order, but there is no way to do that! On the third day I still had not received the product, nor a shipping email. As there is no phone number to call I opened a chat to find out what was happening. I was #1 in the queue for several minutes, but finally got someone. The chat person had to do some research, and I was on hold for several more minutes. I was told the item was scheduled to be delivered. I asked for the tracking number, and sure enough it was out for delivery. The item arrived before 5:00 PM local time, and about 3 and a half hours later I got the shipping confirmation! Suggestions: Add ability to check status of an order to your online presence Make the status emails more timely Get a phone number for issues like this

It took all day to get answer to a replacement issue, then when i called there office they closed early and did'n t answer there phones... not very customer service oriented... love the whistle though..

I've had a Whistle on my older dog for 2 years now. It does what it needs to. Sometimes the geofencing doesnt work and my dog will be laying on the porch behind me and it will say that she is in the neighbors yard. It sends alerts, so I had to tell my husband at work not to worry. Whistle made a change that is pretty unacceptable. You can either get a clip or ask for a velcro to clip the Whistle to their collar and it only fits collar widths up to 1". I only use Martingales, which are mostly wider than 1". My older dog has a 1.5" and she has the older rubber attachment, which is fully stretched and pinches the collar a little bit, but totally works. You can get their twist and go collars, but those are only 1" and no martingale options. I went into the tracking website for my older dog and it looks like I can buy the older attachment replacements, so I'm going to have to do this for the new pup. My older dog has a Whistle 3, and the tracking website says it's only available for the 3s, so I cant track her on there (makes no sense). The shopping website is extremely slow to load and sometimes has to be refreshed several times to get it to load at all. I emailed them and chatted them about these issues. I hope that this review will make them improve these issues since they are very easy issues to fix.

First experience was the morning I set up Whistle and then drove to work I had a notice my dog was 0.5 miles from house. I called home immediately because sometimes our kids leave front door open (why we bought this) and she was asleep on couch in house. Took her for a walk this evening and kept getting texts that system was trying to update but having problems.

100% device failure over 5 years with 10+ units. Warranty is useless as devices fail shortly after warranty expiration. GPS tracking service is highly unreliable, and only option if device fails is to buy another one. You are buying a disposable system that you should be prepared to replace every 14 months, with a GPS tracking service that won't be able to locate your pet 30%-40% of the time. 2 stars because their is no real alternative, so they are the best of the worst.

GPS falls off even with their new collar. They should also sell the GPS attachment without a collar to allow any collar to be used. Subscription automatically renews with no opt out. They were early to market and there are now a number of better rated devices in same or lower price range.

Ordered product - was canceled w/o explanation next day. Apparently, they were out of stock of a collar(while ordering others were out of stock but this one was in stock). Would have preferred an email/call asking to pick another or wait until it's back in stock - but to outright cancel w/o explanation is something I wouldn't expect to see from an established company. If this happens on the sales end (which usually is the best part of dealing with a business to get more sales) - what will happen if I have issues with the product and need support.
