WhistleReviews of whistle.com

I have had the best experience ever with all my needs with your company! From purchasing the product, to buying replacement parts. Customer service is outstanding!

Customer Support is excellent!

Thankfully, we’ve not had to use our Whistles to find either of our Boys, but the devices are like property & casualty insurance - one hopes never to need it, but it’s a comfort knowing it’s there! The battery life is as advertised. I charge them every third night, and have never had an outage. The activity tracking is a bonus, although the daycare providers that we use, once or twice a week, remove their collars, so not everything they do is captured. Very happy!

Easy ordering

It is very easy to purchase a replacement Whistle for one that has quit working. What is not easy, is getting help from the support site when you have issues. English is not their first language and there are issues trying to get problems resolved. First Whistle only lasted 16 months before it died on us.

It was easy to order. I love our whistle. We have them on all our dogs.

Excellent customer service & technical support. Easy-to-use product ordering - couldn't be happier!

Very easy shopping experience; keeping my fingers crossed that this will be helpful!
