Website is well-organized and easy to navigate. Shopping was a breeze. One nit: the live-chat support option isn't really live chat: user enters a description of their issue, clicks start live chat, then the system submits a support ticket that "will be answered in 2-3 business days." Whistle did timely respond, but it's NOT live-chat support.

We purchased a whistle3 from Amazon for our new fur-baby Feather after she returned from a three day solo adventure in the woods. We loved the app and the ease of use of the tracker, but we’re worried about the short battery life. Even though we hadn’t purchased the W3 directly from Whistle, and even though they didn’t owe us anything, the company graciously agreed to let us return the W3 to them with a discount for the WhistleGo.

This a really good product, do what it says.
