Website did not work for me, some blank pages. Was a problem with my firewall. Great customer feedback from the company! Item arrived on time with tracking notification. So far it's working great. May upgrade to Whistle "Go Explore" in the near future. It's possible to upgrade and use your current data plan with the new device, so I understand.

Excellent customer service. Very pleased with Whistle Go Explore with Twist and Go collar. Nice looking and well made. Great battery life. User friendly app that monitors activity and location. Highly recommend.

We love the confidence we have knowing If one of our dogs gets out we can track them down in an instant. It’s also nice to see how much exercise they are each getting.
