Great service and product

Great product and helpful customer service. I have bought several of these trackers over the last three years. Whenever I foster a dog, I buy a tracker and give the tracker to the new owner once they formally adopt the dog. It's a great product that's easy to use and it allows me not to worry about my pack while I'm away from the house. I bought one tracker recently that didn't hold a charge but the customer service worked with me to replace the tracker and sent me out a new unit. Overall, I very satisfied with Whistle and will continue to use their products!

This company is incredible. Great customer service, and they really understand their products. Painstakingly take the time to trouble shoot, then solve the problem, every time. In my case, the unit was malfunctioning, and they helped me through the process of upgrading my Whistle. Great people, great company!
