Have enjoyed the security of having the Tagg and then the updated Whistle. It is so sad when a fur baby gets lost or taken and no way to track them but with Whistle you get quick help in locating your pet. That is security and now you will even get more information that will help with the care of the pets we love. Thank you

I'm not happy that we're forced to pay to upgrade. Whistle has been helpful tracking our dog when he's lost but its disappointing that we have no choice but to buy a new tracker.

Super easy to use!

Site was very easy to use on my mobile device thank you! The only suggestion was after I entered my shipping information I lost the ability to pay via ApplePay my only choices were PayPal or CC. Otherwise great functionality!

Very good customer service and easy ordering

We had a whistle that started acting up so after contacting the company we were informed of a newer product and that support for the model we had would end at the end of the year. So, good timing I guess, we bought the newer model. We like it much better. The response time is much improved when we leave our house for walks. The tracker seems to be more accurate as well. The app is different. Not sure if it’s better or worse, it’s too early to tell. But as for the notices and contacts via text and email, they are quicker and more accurate. So, we are happy with the newer model.
