I have been very satisfied with my whistle. I lost my puppy for a day several years back & purchased the Whistle the next day. I feel I purchased a piece of mind!! Great product & would recommend to anyone interested!

The device works; owners can rely on it and with that comes great security. When we lost a dog prematurely during the term of our deal, Whistle offered comfort and also terminated all charges for the pet we lost, earning our respect.

Excellent Product! Excellent Customer Service! I was having an issue with one of my two Whistle 3's that were less than a year old. The customer rep was able to look into the issue and very quickly offered assistance in the matter. In the end I ended up upgrading both of my Whistle 3's to the new Go Explore which I don't have yet but am excited about due to extended battery life which is the key reason I upgraded. 7 days was great but who can pass on 20 days. The customer service reps were very patient with me as I took some time to think over my options and were very diligent in helping! Whistle is great! They clearly understand the love of the fur kids that we have using their products which is amazing. 5 stars with an "!" at the end!

The site is easy to navigate. I've been using Whistle tracking products for over 5 years and they are excellent. The peace of mind knowing if your dog gets loose and exactly where to find him is well worth the cost. I would like to see some comparison with the competitor's products.

I would give you guys 6 stars if I could. Your customer service model should be an example to other internet companies. You have promptly answered all my questions as well as replacing broken hardware at no cost. Kudos.
