This is my 3rd whistle purchased for our newly added 3rd dog. Love the Whistle product.

Would have liked it to be a little easier on the size of unit. I bought the one that is .7 and there was a .6, I have a small dog and was trying to find the smallest one. Not a big deal that isn’t that much! Thanks

Unclear on when and how to purchase subscription.

Very easy to use. My only suggestion would be that they put information about the plans on their website. Even if it were to say choose your plan after your device arrives.

The subscription fees are not listed so you go in a little blind. I used to have a whistle but had trouble getting it to work and trouble with customer service. But with the 90 day trial and an upgrade I’m going to try again!

The customer service was excellent when I called with trouble with my whistle 3. I just ordered 2 new updated whistles hoping my issue was just that my older one is maybe out dated and malfunctioning. (Couldn’t pickup or update location after retrying for 18 hours and later it said device was still charging while on my pets collar.) The only thing I wish was different was that the company use Verizon cellular instead of AT&T’s. I really appreciated Will’s assistance and his follow up emails to see if my pet returned home safely!! And providing me with a 20% discount with my new order. Your customer service is top notch just a few bugs with my older one that kept the review from a 5 star.
