Hello, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. I am sorry to hear you were caught off guard by the subscription plan. It does say on several pages of our website that a subscription plan is required. When you click on the products link, it says the price of the device, right next to the price it does say "+ subscription plan". If you click the question mark next to the subscription plan it does give you all of the details. Also if you click the "how it works" button at the top of the page it explains the subscription plan and why you need it. Also if you go to the frequently asked questions and the support part of our website it explains the subscription plan there as well. This isn't something that we are trying to hide from our customers and we do make this information readily available to our customers on our website. The reason we charge a subscription plan is because the Whistle device uses AT&T cell towers to communicate and allow you to use the GPS function. AT&T does charge customers to use this service, as well as us, this is the reason we charge the subscription plan. To be honest, I am not sure what happened with your order, the code most definitely should work when ordering just one Whistle device. If I were to refund you the $30 right now it may cause issues with the order, what I'd like for you to do is reply to this email when you receive an email from our shipping department stating your device has shipped. Once it's shipped I can go ahead and refund $30 for you.

Hello Louis, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. I was able to look into your order and I see you used the go "WG20" to get $20 off your order. You are not able to use this and the $30 discount code together, that is probably why you didn't receive $30 off. However, I do see you paid $109 instead of $129 for your tracker. What I am going to do is refund you $10 back into your account, this way you get the full $30 discount. You should see this deposited into your account in 5-10 business days.
