Love The Whistle, we bought it because someone had recommended it (we didn’t even realize there was GPS tracking for dogs). We unfortunately had a 13 year old dog that our friends were babysitting for us & she wondered off when they weren’t looking, we were devastated. We NEVER wanted this to happen again, so having The Whistle makes us feel safe. The only negative thing I can say is that we’ve had it for 1 year now and the battery is dying a lot quicker than when we 1st bought it. Otherwise, we love all the capabilities!

I received a clear response quickly for every email I sent. I sent around 7, which gave me the confidence that upgrading would be the best thing for our family dog. Thank you so much! Although I hate to move from Verizon I am hopeful that the product is worth the chance. I love that the new whistle Go Explorer has real time, longer battery, more water coverage and a night light. So I originally gave a 3 star review because the discount code I tried to enter didn't work. Still I ordered the collar. Then I was contacted by Whistle's support team and guess what? I was using another company's discount code. I am so sorry for my error, and can tell you first hand that Whistle's customer service is timely, personal, professional, and kind. Sorry again, guys, and can't wait for my little Cody's collar to arrive. .
