In general the instructions were good
In general the instructions were good. The only area where I had a problem was finding the three holes on each side used to attach the medal frame. They are very small. In fact they are so small I had to use a lot of force and an electric drill to drive for an extended period of time to get the screws to tap. I found it easer to tap all 6 with out the frame then once tapped removed the screws and attached the frame. The insulation against the wall is excellent but there still a nice air gap between unit and the metal frame mentioned above. The unit reach 55 F in less than 24 hours and has been rock solid. Users should be aware that the unit produces a lot of liquid waste. I was on vacation for two weeks and came back to a 5 gal. bucket close to overflowing. I am thrilled with the unit after a couple of months. It is far superior to the previous model

Customer service and unit were…
Customer service and unit were excellent. I was disappointed, however, when a large 52' truck showed up at my house 2 hours after the delivery window with only one item on board (my whispercool). The truck was driven by a young lady with no other help. The truck had no lift and she and this 70 year old with a bad back had to lift it to the ground manually, and remove it from the box to get it through my door. For this I paid a delivery charge of $400

Effective and easy to install
I’m happy to have my new W. Kool installed it’s a compact unit that is well designed and does the job. I would have like a lower price but quality is never inexpensive

The product and support was excellent, with minor issues with added equipment.
The product and support was excellent. There have been a few challenges that I have not had time to contact the manufacturer about. 1. The added venting part to the does not work correctly. the exhaust duct works but the intake filter and frame does not fit, the frame was not constructed to fit around the drain. I am venting into a clean area so at this point I think it will still work. Also the unit takes too much humidity out of the cellar and I have had to add a humidity system. The other product I have from WhisperKOOL does a better job of not removing so much moisture.

The replacement temp unit saved my…
The replacement temp unit saved my Vinotheque QT320. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the new Temp sensor was supposed to screw into the new pigtail... Nope, it plugged in enough to work but it didn't screw together so a little electrical tape stops it from coming apart. I emailed them and told them about the problem and never got a reply.....
