WhisperKool staff did me right! After having troubles on and off with a unit purchased 2 years ago, I was at wits end on how to remedy after the warranty expired. The front office folks worked with me for a while, but when patience was running out and frustrations ran high, senior management jumped right in and helped find an equitable solution that worked for us all. I couldn't be happier and my faith in Whisperkool renewed!

Bought an Extreme 8000ti direct from manufacturer to replace a 20 year old Whisperkool unit. Installation couldn’t have been easier. This new model is so much quieter and more efficient. My 1500 cubic foot cellar is perfectly maintained, at a reduced energy cost.
