I called Whisperkool's 1800 customer support line and to my pleasant surprise was immediately talking with an excellent, personable person (yes, not a machine). And not only that, but this person is actually knowledgeable and helpful to resolve the issue. Cindi was able to pull up my file immediately, understood the issue I described and pointed me to a local certified field maintenance person who specializes in my unit, and who I was able to reach within minutes. This is what Customer Service should be! Thank you Cindi and Whisperkool!

I have been dealing with WhisperKool for my wine closet cooling unit. I’ve been dealing with Giovanni Y & Mark S who have helped me through the problem that I have had with the unit. Both of these people have been knowledgeable about their product and extremely professional and easy to deal with. I greatly appreciate their help in resolving the issues of the wine cooler.
