There were nothing but problems with…

There were nothing but problems with the holiday home from the start. A broken dishwasher, fridge, and power sockets. Play equipment was broken, the air conditioning didn't work, stones had fallen into the pool, there wasn't enough cutlery, towels and sheets were dirty, and so on. Communication with the landlord was a complete disaster. We must have called 20 times and written at least as many emails. The dishwasher was replaced after a week, as was the air conditioning control, which still didn't work. A refund or anything else for the lost vacation time and for the missing services for which the full price was charged was refused. We were offered a voucher for $50. Simply ridiculous. Once and never again. So be careful who you book with, definitely not here!
