It made a difference even before I reached the condo we booked. They assured me my code would work but in case it didn’t they sent me a backup code. No one has ever done that and I’m sure your code didn’t work on arrival gives the worst experience! The staff are 24/7 standing by literally. Answer my rather silly questions kindly with extra care such as providing extra trash bags and tissues. They even asked me which brand of the tissue box I prefer! Seriously. They are amazing from day 1 to the checkout. I shouldn’t be spoiled by them but they definitely made an impression that our stay was well taken care of.

Great place and super easy prices. We saved about $70 renting the same place from using Vrbo.

Fantastic place! Would stay again. This is our 2nd Ekahi stay. Great location next to resorts. Pool is super nice. Nice layout with separate bed with sliding door. Kitchen super well supplied with everything you need and more with supplies similar to stuff we use at home and not typical of any rental we've stayed at. Must be owned by someone who loves to cook! Appliances like laundry were top notch. Great beach set of beach toys and supplies too.

We rented a condo in Breckenridge, CO through Whimstay back in January. The condo itself was perfect with the most amazing view of the mountain and ski resort! My experience with Whimstay was also perfect and smooth. We saved hundreds of dollars on our last minute booking with them over other rental companies offering the same exact condo. My advice is to read reviews and understand all policies before paying. Because I had read Trustpilot's reviews before pulling the trigger, I was well aware of Whimstay's cancellation policies. Therefor, I paid special attention to the guidelines when booking. Everything was very clearly stated, including cancellation policies. For me, additional insurance was offered in case we may have wanted to cancel, but our plans were set in stone so we passed on it. All in all, I had a great experience with Whimstay and will not hesitate to use them again.

This home needs a deep cleaning, we expected it to be clean and pool area clean, it was not ready to use, we spent a lot of time cleaning. Beds were comfortable, just needs more supplies(very few pan) not equipped for a comfortable stay

I was searching on Airbnb for places to stay in Cancun but they were super expensive. I saw a Whimstay ad on google, downloaded it, found the same condo from Airbnb and saved like $160. Check in was easy, our host was responsive, even let me check out late on short notice. Great experience. I'll use it again

I booked a last-minute trip through Whimstay, and it was a great experience! The app was easy to use, and I found a really good deal on a vacation rental that would have cost way more on other sites. The booking process was smooth, and the property was exactly as described. The only downside is that availability can be hit or miss since it’s all about last-minute stays, but if you’re flexible, you can find some amazing discounts. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a great deal on a getaway!

Every aspect of booking, staying and checking out was so simple! Whimstay was less expensive than all of the other booking options! Definitely will use again!
