Platform with user friendly UI and transparent pricing and lots of parking lot options
The platform was easy to use, and I found plenty of parking options near me in Vancouver. I also liked that the parking details, cancellation policy, and monthly rates were clearly explained.

Mitzki was helpful and responsive even…
Mitzki was helpful and responsive even when the parking facility was unresponsive and unhelpful. She’s fantastic. On the other hand, whereipark ou t to enforce and standardise sufficient information from the parking facility to allow the customer to be informed and evaluate whether a space is feasible for their vehicle. Parking space dimension, parking type (independently operated stacker, stacker bottom level, normal ground parking), covered/indoor/outdoor, security etc.

Amazing customer support
I didn't book a spot at the end of the day, but Marie at Customer Support was extremely helpful through the entire process. From initial booking to cancellation, everything was a breeze. The entire customer support team was extremely helpful and really went out of the way to ensure my needs were met. If I ever need a parking spot again, I know where to go.
