Excellent support and customer service
I reserved a space with WhereiPark near UCSD, but actually located a closer spot on the street in the neighborhood for free. Although I was billed for the space beginning on the 22nd, I was able to cancel and received a prompt refund on the 23rd. Thanks to Abigail for getting it done!

Feedback about experience with JA
From the very beginning JA has been amazing to work with! Initially I had forgotten to put in the discount code and when I reached out to JA to inquire about whether it could be applied, they were kind enough to do so. JA always has always responded to any questions or concerns I have had and always provided a response quickly. I am very happy that I was paired with JA as the customer support specialist to secure the parking spot because it couldn't have gone smoother.

JA helped me so much
JA helped me so much. Unfortunately I did not read the through the parking terms thoroughly but he was able to help me save on not paying an extra month for a space I did not need. Please make sure to read the parking minimum term before renting!!! Thank you again, JA

Courteous, fast, trusted
When I no longer needed upcoming parking, JA at whereipark refunded me immediately. Next time I need a parking spot I'll feel like I can trust this team to honor agreements and provide fast and courteous customer support
