I am so glad to have found you...at last I can get hard to find parts at reasonable prices. I had a V2- 6 joystick with a lower housing casing broken and could not find that part only, every dealers I tried said that they don't have them and I would have to buy a new v2 joystick at over 200 dollars! That did not make any sense to me, as my joystick worked just fine, other than I just could not mount it to my chair because of the lower case failure. Thanks to you, I will be up and running for less than 30 dollars.

Great communication, excellent customer service. I called to make sure that the part I wanted was in stock before I ordered it. In the past I've run into the problem with ordering parts and never receiving them because it's not in stock {Sunrise Medical}. I'd be waiting and waiting, for parts that would never come.
