Wheelchairparts.netReviews of wheelchairparts.net

My tires for my 🚾 arrived quickly which I needed as I was literally riding on bologna skins! My pet peeve about the tires is that they’re not rubber like the ones I had on my Hoveround so these wear down pretty quickly compared to them. I wish they’d make them outa something else because this hard plastic stuff or whatever it’s made of doesn’t equate to almost a $100/tire. It’s sad that most everything that us handicapped individuals need to purchase is quite expensive and most of us are the least ones that can really afford it. Tires batteries etc. but like everything in this world Profits take Precedence.

selection, price and information

My first time using your company, ordering was simple, I liked how the product was presented with choices on the same page so I wouldn't have to toggle back to the first page.

I've ordered before but YEARS ago

Website is easy to navigate, but lacks shipping time / options detail in the checkout process. I have no way to know at time of checkout what my expected delivery time frame will be. Other than that, checkout process was smooth. I look forward to receiving my product.

I have to say that only one thing helped me to feel that I found the correct replacement tire for my wheelchair is (SHOX) the only other time I have saw that word was when my wife ordered my chair for me, at the time I was weak and had been in the Hosbitle for 7 months having coded or died 3 times and had a staff infection at the time. My wife has since passed away and all the memory of the purchase Was lost with her, I am hoping so very much that Wheelchairparts.net referral to the original pneumatic tire has led me to find the correct replacement Urethane tire for my chair. I feel good about the purchase because. I have found over the years that good information passed on by good companies with good employees typically produces good results. Fingers crossed that this is one of those transactions.

Ordering process was laid out well and products were easy to find.

Website ordering page format could be a bit more informative; example, what is the tude diameter for a standard (uncoated) diameter pushrim to fit a 25"(590mm) x-core whhee? I needed this information since I've purchased a top-of-line set of pushrim covers that are rated for a 3/4" diameter tube. I called several imes the day after Thansgiving, 26 Nov. (a shop closed day) to get more details. Fortunately, a representative finally answered and asurred me that the PR094 rims were a standard 3/4" diameter. Based on that info I placed an order for the new pushrims.
