I had a great experience with the sales rep Jose. I wanted to purchase several items (some quite expensive) and Jose suggested several options for alternates with pretty significant savings. Jose took time to take measurements on some in-stock items to give me extra confidence in selecting some items. One of the biggest compliments I can give is that when I called, SOMEONE answered. Something novel in commerce today. I will be a returning customer.
