TSA lost my wheelchair quick release axles when searching my checked bag, leaving me without the ability to use my wheelchair after an international flight to the US. Contacted these folks and Jose worked tirelessly to get me a new set of axles, including checking sizing with me, shipping a second set when UPS lost the first package, and expediting to ship overnight to make sure I could get back to moving as fast as possible. These folks are truly amazing and really saved me! Can't sing their praises highly enough.

It's hard to find a website that sells all the different parts you need for maintaining or fixing your own wheelchair, but this website seems to always have what I need and get's to me in about a week. If I tried to order from the direct manufacturers, some how I seem to pay more and wait longer. Not sure how they manage to keep prices better, but already had me back on the site today buying more parts.

I received the wheels much fasters than I thought I would. There was a problem. I call customer and spoke to Jose. He knew exactly what the issue was and took of it. I did have to send the wheels back but they will send them back fixed correctly. Awesome customer service!
