Still waiting on one leg rest of the pair. Still don't have the right hardware. can not even get a reply or response after chat,email and phone messages have been left. no acknowledgement at all.

A single order created a half-dozen emails to me, and added me to an email list I have no desire to be on. Too aggressive.

You never offer returning customers more than 5% off a current order!!
They need to offer more coupon codes in an email. I have spent $100's over a few years and I have yet to ever receive a discount.
