I paid a fuel deposit for the car which I have not received back despite emailing them about it. Email has been ignored and they still owe me 125 euros. Won't be using them again.

Avoid at all costs!!!! Total rip off company. took a 900 euro deposit and then claimed I damaged the car. the before and after photos all showed the damage, just that the before ones it was badly covered up. apparently they are investigating. It has been 2 weeks without word. Today they sent me a new claim, new pictures, new marks. absolutely no evidence these pictures were taken when I returned the car, not included in their previous report.

Ich habe online einen Mietwagen am Flughafen Danzig gebucht und bei der Reservierung meine Flugdaten angegeben. Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung von ca. 1,5 Stunden war am Wheego-Schalter jedoch kein Mitarbeiter mehr vor Ort. Ein Mitarbeiter einer anderen Autovermietung teilte uns zudem äußerst unfreundlich mit, dass niemand mehr verfügbar sei. Die ausschließlich englischsprachige Hotline informierte mich anschließend, dass unser Fahrzeug bereits anderweitig vermietet wurde, da wir es angeblich nicht rechtzeitig abgeholt hätten – trotz hinterlegter Flugdaten und ohne eigenes Verschulden unsererseits. Auf unsere Situation, einschließlich eines mitreisenden 85-jährigen Mannes, wurde keinerlei Rücksicht genommen. Wir mussten kurzfristig und zu deutlich höheren Kosten bei einer anderen Autovermietung ein Fahrzeug anmieten, um unsere Reise fortsetzen zu können. Erst nach schriftlicher Reklamation wurde der gezahlte Betrag erstattet. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschender Service und keine kundenorientierte Lösung vor Ort.

Avoid at all cost... these are professional scammers . They Claimed fake reports that car was damaged but I have all photos of car before and after and no new damage was on the car rented by me... They do not provide photos of previous damage as it would inhibit this scam or give you a checklist of previous damage reports . Your rental area in secluded area away from airport so you have no option to pay their demands because they will ignore you and leave you standing... Fortunately im a frequent flyer to alicante and i am now filing a lawsuit in spain next week against this company and I am going to look for full flight and accommodation and loss of earnings for reimbursement s. I will nail them to the cross if I can . My credit company now have a fraud investigation opened against this company also . Please Avoid... their not worth the stress !!!! If you have had and previous experience like mine ..you can open consumer check in spain to look into your complaint.

No pongo un cero porque no se puede. Es una vergüenza de compañía. Nos han dejado tirados en el aeropuerto en mitad de la noche sin contestación ninguna. Ni servicio 24h ni nada.

Am Flughafen durch Opodo Auto gebucht und Buchung war nicht da, als ich das Auto abholen wollte. Man sagte mir, dass kann noch Stunden dauern, bis die Buchung bei Ihnen im System ist.

Opfat det som én negativ stjerne. Vi er 2 familier som lånte 2 biler af WheeGo gennem DiscoverCars i Italien, Malpensa lufthavn, februar 2026. Begge biler var lejet i 4 dage. Pt. har de hævet 43.500 kr., ca. 6.000 euro på min konto og min gode ven har pt. bødet med ca. 9.000 kr., ca. 1.200 euro. Ren svindel fre ende til anden. Min bil var i øvrigt en Opel Corsa på østrigske plader og den anden en Opel Astra ligeledes på østrigske plader. Hold jer langt væk fra WheeGo, er mit bedste råd. Håber ikke oplevelsen skal koste min familie deres sommerferie i år:(

This business was designed to rip people off no about it - low up front rental charges to attract you then charge you the earth through hidden charges that you didn't know you had even signed for. I cant say too much about the full details of my experience as it is with the fraud squad pending investigation however do not use this company for car hire - it would be cheaper to charter a private helicopter to your destination!!
