They tried to make me pay £200 for additional insurance even though i had already paid for, i walked away but someone else was getting additional charges added to their bill and paying, muppets... Rip off scammers, dont trust them, they ruin the start of your holiday

DO NOT USE WHEEGO!!! They claimed I damaged vehicle and lost the rear deck lid to the hatchback. Very small dent was already on car when I picked up and they claimed it was a large dent after inspection. They provided no proof of damage. Difficult to communicate with and pay to get rid of claim. They are probably claiming this dent to everyone who rents this car. STAY AWAY!! Lost $952.00 because lawyer fees are too high to fight their bogus claims. They are liars!!!

Zuhause 99 euro strafe . Bei der rückfahrt fährt man automatisch 4 km landstrasse keine Maut durch deutschland!!! Wissen sie vorher schon ganz genau Absolute Abzocke Ich kann nur warnen!!! Alquilamos un coche a través de Logitravel con este agencia en Cracovia. Al llegar nos obligan a dejar un depósito, nos indican tres tipos elegimos el de 180 euro con 50% de gasolina. Todo eso explicado de una forma poco entendible ya que el chico no habla muy bien inglés y nosotros tampoco. Y q nos lo devolverán en 28 días. Le pregunto a Logitravel,hablan con ellos y les dicen que es un seguro plus opcional que hemos elegido libremente. Una estafa total.

Absolutely would not use this company again. The car was not fit for purpose, It was absolutely filthy. Was highly pressured into taking their expensive insurance Late at night and in an unfamiliar place, yet, When I had an issue, they would not come and replace the car, They told me to bring the car back, even though the engine was failing. All the lights were coming on and they told me it was okay. I said I would make the four hour journey to take the car back, They didn’t reply for ages and left me waiting when they finally did reply they didn’t let me know in time if it was okay to bring it back they told me an hour before they were closing to bring it back, which was impossible. The car went to limp on the motorway, almost causing a crash, The car wouldn’t start on the morning I had to drive to the airport so I nearly missed my plane. I barely used the car as was too scared to go far. Despite numerous attempts to get them to come and change the car as I was assured would do by taking out their extra insurance. They just kept on telling me that it was safe to drive even though it kept on going limp and saying that there was an engine failure.! A Friend of mine also used this company within this time and they refuse to give them a car as they wouldn’t take out the extra insurance and left them stranded on the side of the road. After 25 years of hiring cars in Spain, this has to be the worst company. The whole experience left me very anxious and worried about driving it.

Eine Anmietung eines Mietwagens in Krakow /Polen war eine Katastrophe - meine Füherschein war etwas beschädigt, dann meine Kreditkarte funktioniert nicht. Viel Zeitverloren und viel Gesundheit. Anschliessend bei der Abgabe von Auto - zuerst Auto waschen - ein Novum für mich (1x seit 40 Jahren). Und dann so viele Schäden gefunden dass die 4800 Zloty schnell voll waren. Schande.

SCAM ARTISTS……. Beware!!! 1st they scam by insisting that a credit card is absolutely needed and 3 months in date, to get the quoted price. Then they nearly triple the quoted cost. 2nd they quickly walk away, when handing over the car, NOT giving you a walk around to see any damage. ALWAYS MAKE A VIDEO. 3rd when dropping off they usher you away saying they will check the car in, again without giving you a walk around, later calling you with supposed damage.
