Complete crooks. Basically weaponise your booking time against you, even if you are 10 minutes after the agreed time, they say you have missed your window and have to take it up with the third party. It's all designed to make less sure folk agree to their full priced option, which they are still happy to sell. Do yourself a favour, and AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.... It may ruin your holiday.

They are criminals, i payed 1120€ for scratches i never made. The most beautiful is that they go in 2 directions look at the picture. Stay away from this nightmare company because it can end in total horror holliday... A shame i cant post the pictures....

I regularly visit Agadir as I have family there and always rent a car for the duration. I am at the moment in a dispute with them regarding my deposit. They told me they returned it but its still not been returned. I have been waiting over 16 days. They told me they're look into it but when I contact them by whats app they dont respond. Don't use this company or the parent company Al Kafi cars.

Wynająłem samochód na lotnisku w Krakowie (Toyota, 8-11.05.2026). Przy odbiorze auto zostało sprawdzone, nic nie było zaznaczone na protokole. Przy zwrocie nagle „znaleźli” uszkodzenie przedniego błotnika, które wyglądało na stare i zdecydowanie nie powstało podczas moich 3 dni wynajmu. Zostałem obciążony kwotą 1800 PLN (£398). Na szczęście miałem dodatkowe ubezpieczenie RentalCover, które po złożeniu claimu zatwierdziło całość i zwróciło pieniądze. Wheego to typowa krakowska „pułapka na turystów”. Obciążają za pre-existing damage, którego nie ma w protokole odbiorczym. Setki podobnych opinii w internecie. Unikać jak ognia. Ocena: 1/10

Terrible experience with this company. Before the booking, I contacted support about using my Revolut card because the voucher only said Revolut cards are “usually” not accepted, not fully prohibited. They replied that it would be possible to use my credit card if it was Visa/Mastercard and valid for longer than 6 months, so the communication was very misleading. When I arrived, they suddenly demanded extra insurance because I was using a Revolut card. Since this was not clearly explained beforehand, I refused the extra charge and the rental was denied. They also refused to refund the €70 booking fee. Later they claimed the voucher clearly stated Revolut cards were not accepted, which was simply not true. Very misleading and unprofessional service. Thankfully, my bank handled the dispute fairly after reviewing the evidence.

Stop din booking med det samme. De prøver alle måder at få flere penge ud af dig. Booket - på siden står 6€ pr dag for ung fører. På stedet vil de have 50€ pr dag og siger af fordi det er via Expedia, så gælder det ikke. Og - vi kan ikke ændre booking til de ældre i selskabet. Det er noget fusk.
