I have eaten at Whataburger off and on since the early 60's. All other fast food burgers and had quality control issues over the years. I cut McDonalds off in the 80's. I have not eaten one since. Whataburger has remained with the same taste, feel and comfort during the many decades that I have enjoyed the their burgers. Keep up the good work.

Place an order for a meal and the cashier Natasha when I got up there I saw that I can get a free upgrade on a fry if I buy a specific drink instead of being upset about it the cashier was very pleasant. She said no we can change it. We can get it set up for you and with her doing that my order was a lot less than what it originally would’ve been thank you Natasha. This was for September 22 today at 5:01 PM off of Highway six north 8534.

I’ve been to the Garner restaurant twice and both times the food was hot, delicious and plenty. The burgers were huge and perfect . The price is great too. All I can say is goodbye Culver’s hello Whataburger.

The Whataburger app is not user friendly. When I am not able to place my order with the app, I give my phone to the cashier and they can't place the order with my phone either. They just give up and key it in per my voice order. Whataburger employees are not knowledgeable of how to use the Whataburger app. That is frustrating to me and inexcusable in my opinion. Also, they post special offers, but when I choose an offer and select "order now," the item doesn't get ordered and nothing directs me what to do next. Again I go into the store and the employees also can't explain why I can't make the phone order the item. Words don't express how maddening it is to try to use the Whataburger app.

I went to whataburger in Brandon, Fl (store #1689). There was only one good thing about the whole experience the raspberry tea in the fountain machine. I waited at least 20+ minutes to get my food and that was only after I went up to the register 3 different times to ask about the food. The food was cold, the onion rings were greasy and cold and did not taste like onions. The burger bun is big (kind of like the size of the whopper bun) so you think your getting this huge burger. The burger was a small burger and cover less than 50% of the bun. It feels like a big hamburger but it all lettuce and a teeny burger. There are no condiments accessible to the customers....supposedly someone comes around and offers you condiments (like a waiter/waitress)....well if they can't get the food out in reasonable time...chances are they won't be able to circulate with the condiments. I went up to the register for the 4th time to get the ketchup. It would have been nice to have access to the mustard but by now my lunch hour was over and the food was even more cold. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars.

Visited Whataburger in Southern Pines NC. This was a horrible experience, and this is a fairly new location. Burger tasted like cardboard, terrible soda fountain , no ice and sodas tasting like poison. No unsweet ice tea and personnel with a non care attitude. A person looking like a manager greeting you out the place instead of taking care of the issues. Used to be my favorite burger place but not anymore. Get things corrected quickly before this place have to shut down.

I visited whataburger location in mint Hill NC the service was the worst I've personally had in years, it literally takes 20 - 30 plus minutes to receive you food. The drive thru lines are extremely long and moving in a snail pace, the management simply sucks in every single way, I cannot believe this manager is actually one. To top it all off the burger sucks. If anyone writes a good review about this particular location they are lyers and they probably work for the chain. I do not recommend anyone to eat at this restaurant period.
