**Extremely Disappointing Prize Claim Experience** This has genuinely been the worst experience I've had claiming a prize. I was notified that I won Whataburger for a Year through their September National Cheeseburger Day promotion. I entered through the official email Free Method of Entry and completed the required winner affidavit. Since then, trying to get clear information about my prize has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service has been unable to provide meaningful updates and even asked me which restaurant location I won at, despite my entry being submitted entirely by email. The lack of communication, coordination, and basic understanding of their own promotion is disappointing. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into an unnecessary hassle. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain how I entered a promotion that Whataburger itself notified me I won. I hope someone at Whataburger takes responsibility for resolving this and provides a clear update on my prize fulfillment.

Went to have breakfast at 9 a.m. with granddaughter. Restaurant was empty. We ordered pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. We waited...and waited....after 29 minutes...nothing...so we left. Didn't ask for a refund as it probably would have taken another 20 minutes. Truly sad that folks who take the time to park and come in are treated as second class patrons compared to folks who drive through.

WHATABURGER I discovered Whataburger when the first little store opened in Corpus Christi, Texas about 1950. I started attending Delmar Jr. College in 1954 and parked my old car on campus about 200 yards across Ayers Street from Whataburger. After class each morning my friends and I would drive that 200 yards, park in front of Whataburger, and give Mr. Dobson our orders at the window. He would say “OK, you boys go back and sit in the car, and I’ll wave at you when it’s ready”. It immediately became my favorite burger and has remained No. 1. When we went to Panama City Florida to visit kinfolks, we would tell them about this terrific burger. Years later they called with the exciting news that they had their own Whataburger in the Panama City area. The Whataburger is deliciously the same every time wherever you get it and whatever you add to it! Our What-A-Geyser Club meets weekdays at the Whataburger on N. Custer Road and Highway 380 in McKinney, Texas. The manager and his staff know how to make good food and good drinks, and how to keep customers happy. Over the years we have got to know these folks and we appreciate every one of them! WHATADEAL
