**Extremely Disappointing Prize Claim Experience** This has genuinely been the worst experience I've had claiming a prize. I was notified that I won Whataburger for a Year through their September National Cheeseburger Day promotion. I entered through the official email Free Method of Entry and completed the required winner affidavit. Since then, trying to get clear information about my prize has been incredibly frustrating. Customer service has been unable to provide meaningful updates and even asked me which restaurant location I won at, despite my entry being submitted entirely by email. The lack of communication, coordination, and basic understanding of their own promotion is disappointing. What should have been an exciting experience has turned into an unnecessary hassle. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain how I entered a promotion that Whataburger itself notified me I won. I hope someone at Whataburger takes responsibility for resolving this and provides a clear update on my prize fulfillment.

Went to have breakfast at 9 a.m. with granddaughter. Restaurant was empty. We ordered pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. We waited...and waited....after 29 minutes...nothing...so we left. Didn't ask for a refund as it probably would have taken another 20 minutes. Truly sad that folks who take the time to park and come in are treated as second class patrons compared to folks who drive through.

The Whataburger app is not user friendly. When I am not able to place my order with the app, I give my phone to the cashier and they can't place the order with my phone either. They just give up and key it in per my voice order. Whataburger employees are not knowledgeable of how to use the Whataburger app. That is frustrating to me and inexcusable in my opinion. Also, they post special offers, but when I choose an offer and select "order now," the item doesn't get ordered and nothing directs me what to do next. Again I go into the store and the employees also can't explain why I can't make the phone order the item. Words don't express how maddening it is to try to use the Whataburger app.

I went to whataburger in Brandon, Fl (store #1689). There was only one good thing about the whole experience the raspberry tea in the fountain machine. I waited at least 20+ minutes to get my food and that was only after I went up to the register 3 different times to ask about the food. The food was cold, the onion rings were greasy and cold and did not taste like onions. The burger bun is big (kind of like the size of the whopper bun) so you think your getting this huge burger. The burger was a small burger and cover less than 50% of the bun. It feels like a big hamburger but it all lettuce and a teeny burger. There are no condiments accessible to the customers....supposedly someone comes around and offers you condiments (like a waiter/waitress)....well if they can't get the food out in reasonable time...chances are they won't be able to circulate with the condiments. I went up to the register for the 4th time to get the ketchup. It would have been nice to have access to the mustard but by now my lunch hour was over and the food was even more cold. It was a terrible experience and I will never go back. If I could I would give zero stars.

Visited Whataburger in Southern Pines NC. This was a horrible experience, and this is a fairly new location. Burger tasted like cardboard, terrible soda fountain , no ice and sodas tasting like poison. No unsweet ice tea and personnel with a non care attitude. A person looking like a manager greeting you out the place instead of taking care of the issues. Used to be my favorite burger place but not anymore. Get things corrected quickly before this place have to shut down.
