Hi Cherokee, I would recommend navigating to chrome://settings/clearBrowserData, selecting "Cached images and files", then clicking "Clear data" to clear the cache on your browser. Please also check to ensure your browser is up to date and let us know if the issue persists after these troubleshooting steps.

Hi Aaron, Thank you for the feedback. For the very reason you mentioned, if you plan to use our services for more than a few months, I recommend going with the annual subscription over the monthly. The annual subscription is half of what you would be paying for an entire year on the monthly version of the same plan. For example, the power plan is $9.99 paid monthly or $59.88 paid annually, equal to $4.99 a month. I hope this helps.
