I really like the app, the unlimited storage and the features are the best. My one star is only for one point in particular: The export is done at 25 fps, which is not very useful in the American system (NTSC that uses 30 fps) and the quality in the movement of the edited video is with a movement not fluid. It's a shame, it really was a good option.

While it is nice to up load and not have to use all your storage on your computer do your self favor and just buy a hardrive the software in my MacBook is way better and can auto correct colors should have just got monthly to see it work don’t buy unless you don’t have a good computer cause the real nice part you can use it on any time of device even your phone

Update: Customer service was very helpful and they gave me a refund. I was going to use the service for one video and paid for premium. I was under the impression that I would have to pay one month at a time, so 4 dollars a month. I was not planning on using the service for a whole year, but they charged me for a whole year right away. Than I find out it's non-refundable. It does not make sense to me that I should have to pay for a whole year when I only used the service for one day. Have contacted customer service, waiting for a response now. If they are actually helpful and refund me I might change my review to a higher grade..

this service is very good if you want to quickly and efficiently create a video for a class or a presentation

Very freeing to edit in the cloud. Makes a BIG difference! Lacks a few in depth animation controls, like keyframe editing of every detail, but that's something I use maybe once in a blue moon. Becomes a problem when you do need it, but other than then, it's GREAT! I can edit on a weak chromebook now!
