I purchased over $800 worth of clothing. When received it was Temu quality. I paid $150 to send to China to get my refund. It is now June 2026, I purchased in Oct 2025. I tracked the shipment all the way to their facility. They have it, and i have sent MULTIPLE emails. Still not a penny returned to me.

Mi experiencia con Weston Milan ha sido muy negativa. Los relojes recibidos tienen una calidad muy inferior a la que se muestra y describe en la página web. El producto no se corresponde con las expectativas generadas durante la compra. Tras recibir el pedido, solicité la devolución dentro del plazo anunciado por la propia empresa. Desde entonces, he intercambiado numerosos correos electrónicos con su servicio de atención al cliente. En lugar de facilitar una dirección de devolución y gestionar el reembolso, la respuesta ha sido siempre la misma: ofrecer descuentos o reembolsos parciales del 20%, 30% o 40% para que me quede con el producto. He rechazado expresamente estas ofertas en varias ocasiones y he solicitado repetidamente las instrucciones necesarias para devolver el pedido. Sin embargo, no se me ha facilitado una solución clara para ejercer la devolución en las condiciones anunciadas por la empresa. Mi sensación como cliente es de absoluta falta de confianza y transparencia. Si estás pensando en comprar en esta tienda, te recomiendo que revises detenidamente las opiniones de otros compradores antes de tomar una decisión. En mi caso, la calidad del producto y la gestión de la devolución han sido muy decepcionantes. Actualización; vamos un copia pega hecho con IA y que para nada resuelve nada. Vamos buenas palabras que no llevan a la solución y no aportan nada más que pérdida de tiempo. Lo dicho…

Hi, I had ordered these classes in May and still have not received them. I’m so disappointed. I know it’s not your fault but I wanna know what I can do to get the glasses for my vacation next month… it seems like the glasses are stuck somewhere and it’s been for like three weeks. I got no delivery of the 2 pairs of pants I ordered. I wrote to this company nearly 3 weeks ago asking for picture-proof-of -delivery. Early this week (Monday), company says still investigating. Altogether, a unsatisfactory experience. ☹️

Long delivery time...disastrous tracking information (I don't know where my order is)...the item hasn't even arrived yet and I'm already being asked online how satisfied I am with my purchase. It suggests a US platform, but the item is actually coming directly from China. No one to contact with questions...It's all insane...crazy world Update on June 15, 2026, after a response from Weston Milan: I received an email from Weston Milan on June 9, 2026, in response to my initial inquiry. They said they would take care of it, escalate the issue, and much more... but nothing happened. I still haven't received any further information... no goods... and now I'm getting another response telling me to contact support... they clearly don't know what they're doing at Weston Milan... I'm sorry... but I can't be satisfied like this... and now I'm wondering what happens if I have to return the pants because they don't fit or something... a never-ending story??

To be honest they don't even deserve one star. I am still waiting for refund for the item I ordered back in November 2025. I wanted to exchange for a smaller size , they claim the size is not in stock but keep advertising it on the Insta. I requested a refund after waiting over two month for a size exchange, still waiting...Please do not deal with this company - appalling service !!
