My order was confirmed on March 28, and an delivery exception notification was sent by WM on April 16; after several back-and-forth emails, they informed me that they cannot be held responsible for the loss of the product I never received. That is called fraud, and Weston Milan will have to face the legal consequences.

Shipped total wrong size. Ordered woman’s 7 1/2 received men’s 9. Told them I wanted refund they are offering exchange. Just told them I want a total refund as stated in their policy info. Stay away

This is a Chinese company fronting as something legitimate. Trust me, they are not. I ordered a pair of jeans with a 34" waist; the inseam turned out to be 29". I asked for a refund and customer service offered to refund me 20 percent despite claiming on the website: "We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging." Translation: feel free to return our shitty product, but we ain't refunding your money. And the product is cheap, poorly constructed, and you'll be embarrassed to have their clothes on your body.

I ordered an automatical Watch with saphire glass and special design for more than 160€ and I received a 5€ electric cheap Chinese watch. Theier reaction on my reclamation is, I can buy for the worth of 160€ in their shop. Buy chinese Scam? I'm going to USA in october, and they will see what happens when I enter their offices.....
