Of If I was able to leave a zero star review, I certainly would. I left 3 messages with “customer service” to obtain the address to return 2 pairs of shoes (I ordered 1 pair but their check out is so convoluted that I landed up ordering two pair). Not only was I sent 2 pairs of shoes but they sent me the wrong style (on both pairs !). No one calls you back. It’s a typical take your money………..and run. I BIG CAUTION if you elect to ignore the horrible reviews on this company and decide to buy anything from them. GOOD LUCK !!

I never received my order. I tried to cancel but haven’t heard back if it is canceled or not. Terrible experience. And in your ads you should let people know your orders come from Chiba. Had I known that I never would have ordered
